This is a great waterfront spot with a fun outdoor lounge, indoor lounge, humidor, and even a roof top space for better views. We visited for lunch, which was good. As an out of Towner, had to try the clam cakes. The tacos, the dolmades, and the chicken satay were all excellent.

*If Hooters was a cigar lounge* I love this place. I only go for the cigars. Always served by nice, professional, pretty ladies. I go weekly when i need to relax and watch the game. Club-vibes on the weekends, and the parking can be terrible when its busy, but it's a great place for a drink and a high end stick. ***Updated Review*** I don't do this often, but I feel compelled to amend my previous 5 star review. I became a bit of a regular at Tel Aviv. I visited 1-2 times per week, and spent a great amount of money and time there. However... the owners NEVER attempted to have a conversation with me. As often as I frequented this establishment, I was NEVER made to feel as though I belonged there. The service became weaker and weaker over time, and the overpriced cigars just weren't worth dealing with flagging down the wait staff every visit. When I visit a cigar lounge, I want to feel welcomed, I want to feel at home... and Tel Aviv always made me feel out of place. So unfortunately, they've lost my business for good. 😌

Decent food for the most part, but using canned black olives on a Greek salad (when you have Kalamata olives in other dishes!) Is really dissapointing. The cigar smoke can get overwhelming too, even being outside. But the view was great! And the Mediterranean platter was excellent, possibly the best babaganoush I've ever had!

Originally Cigar Masters. Taken over by Tel Aviv. What makes this a nice place to hangout is the great waterfront views, where one can enjoy their extensive cigar & whisky collections

Simply a great place, the owner was extremely helpful and polite. The food was mouthwatering. I had the Shakshouka. It was the perfect meal. Sitting on the terrace where I was treated like I was the only person in the world. The waitress was outstanding, the mood was relaxed. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Came up from Newport, RI for the day and found a gem if you like Mediterranean food. The portions were large, price is right and the service is top notch. Seriously, amazing service. If you're ever through Providence, RI swing by for some lamb, hummus, babaghanoush, and personal sized pizza. One caveat, this is a cigar bar so be warned that the smell of smokers waif throughout the premise.

I had an exceptional time at Tel Aviv! From the electric atmosphere to the waterfront view, it is the place to be. The food exceeded my expectations as well. The menu featured many choices. Our apps and main dishes were delicious. We also had very attentive service. The staff was friendly, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. I was consistently impressed. I can confidently give it a glowing 5-star review and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an evening out in Providence!
